Si today I decided to get some fun stuff for my partner and myself. As I walked in I felt a good vibe from everyone at the store. They took my temperature and I walked in. I was greeted they were very helpful I had many questions and I had a employee walk around with me answering all my questions. I came out happy with the products and It was a fun experience over all. Thank you will deff be back for more stuff

Though it was hard to find due to google (Walk to 47th street, two blocks from the Wendy’s) this was a great store experience. I don’t usually leave reviews however I felt this was definitely worth the time because of the superb customer service. The workers were very attentive and engaging as well as great overall. They offered a lot of help and made the experience as comfortable as it could be. Thank you again! Definitely will be back

3/13/21 - Absolutely horrendous experience here. I was about to purchase something for the price I was willing to pay, but one of the girls working there suggested a different product. I told her if she would give that product to me for the same as the one in my hand(20) that I would take it. She said yes, but you gotta pay Uncle Sam too though! And I said obviously. Went over to the cash register, waited 10 full minutes while they changed out the only two registers in the store at the same time (if you know anything about retail, you're supposed to change your registers cash out at different times so your customers don't wait) then was told by the lady behind the register that I was getting half off and the total was 29 something. So I told her that's not the price the other girl told me. She replied with "Oh this is the Queens store, we usually don't work here" whatever that means. How that helps my dilemma is beyond me but either way I said okay I'm not paying that, let me go run and grab my original product, don't take anyone until I get back, I've waited long enough. I go over to get it, see the original sales girl and tell her the lady at the register isn't honoring the price you told me and her reply exactly "You gotta pay taxes Papo!" Clearly this woman has never gotten her GED if she doesn't understand what tax should be on a 20 product. I get the product I'm willing to actually by and go back to the register and the lady is already ringing up other people(I was back within 30 seconds). So I just left. Mind you this was all happening while the music was BLARING. Most pathetic customer service I've ever seen. Never, ever again will I visit a romantic depot because of this.

This is a new store that opened three weeks ago. The staff was awesome and lively. Attentive, patient, ready to answer any questions. Carolay definitely eased my nervousness about coming into a sex store for the first time. Such a fun shopping experience Can’t wait to come back.
