The last trip i took to Quick Lane was good. They did not try to sell me anything. They did a good job. Oil change was my 2nd free one, but I have been going to quick lane for years. They have treated me well and the service is good most of the time.

Had my Mustang repaired here after an incident. Progressive handled the claim. Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed that the rear Passenger tail light lens was scratched up. I brought it up to the shop guy and girl while I was inspecting my vehicle. I was told it must have happened in the accident. I replied that I didn't have an accident. My muffler came off and damaged my bumper. I was told they would get a photo and bring it up to my adjuster. The scratches appear to have gotten there during the repair. Most likely when the bumper and lights were removed the bumper had been laid down on the lens. I know the scratches were not there when they received the vehicle and upon calling the adjuster he said he didn't see any. I upkeep my vehicle well and pay attention to detail. I also noticed blinker blinked fast on right turn as I drove home. Bulb was blown in the light. It was not like that before. The place closes at 5pm and not open on weekends so I can't run back and forth taking off work which costs me money in order to get the light fixed correctly. I am very disappointed.
I just had an oil change, tires rotated, balanced and alignment! They got me in and out in a timely manner!! They actually took a vehicle off the alignment lift to get my truck alignment done because I was waiting .
These guys will restore faith in car salesmen! They stand behind their vehicles and word! I’ve purchased three 2020 vehicles from them in the past 12 months I am will be purchasing my next vehicle from them as well! When you go in make sure you ask for Jesse! He will shoot you straight from the beginning and makes the whole buying process seamless!

They are pet-friendly and loved my sweet dog. They were up front about when they could get to my vehicle and exceeded my expectations. They were clear about what needed to be repaired and explained all options. They completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. They have a courtesy shuttle so you don't have to spend hours waiting for your vehicle when they are very busy. Loved the service!
