Honestly, I would never recommend anyone come here for anything - to buy or sell. I have never had such appalling customer service. I walked in and there was one person in front of me (not many cars parked outside either.) The guy behind the counter commented immediately that he “hated that everyone decided to come in around lunch” and he “had pizza sitting there for 45 minutes going cold.” He asked what I needed and when I replied I just had an item for him to look at he commented “of course, no one wants to buy stuff. What do you have exactly” then he went to the back — if you enjoy walking in somewhere and feeling unwelcome or that you are inconveniencing someone by going to their business then by all means, this is the place for you! Otherwise do yourself a favor and drive to West Rome, they were SO nice and helpful there!

Absolutely the best pawn shop in Rome been a customer here for over a year now they never disappoint.. I have done loans with them for about 6 months and they never charged me a late fee and discounted my interest rate now that I am a regular they know how to keep your business.. Trust these guys are good
