Thank you so much for helping me without an appointment. I was on my way back from Midway airport and smelled something melting like plastic from my vents. I called Romeoville Toyota and Julian answered the phone. I said I was nervous to keep driving. He told me to come straight to the shop and pull right in. I must have had a crayon drop in my vent from something I set on my hood. Thankfully there was no damage to my vents and Julian was able to get the crayon out. They were so kind and all had masks in the service drive. While I was there they did a quick check over everything else on my car. Thanks again for the AMAZING SERVICE!!!

I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota Camry at Romeoville Toyota from Adolfo. I had a really great experience. With the cold weather, Adolfo brought the test vehicles inside a bay so we could go in and out from the garage. The negotiations went smoothly and the paperwork was processed efficiently. I have FINALLY found someone who gives GREAT customer service here. I had debated on returning to this location as my two previous experiences were far from great. Jordan however has made me change my mind about going here. He gave me exceptional customer service and on a SATURDAY. He was very knowledgeable and concise. Not to mention my car was ready fast. Jordan was not like the others to let it sit in a lot all day. If you go here, I recommend you request Jordan.

I don’t like only think they take does moor then 1 hours for even just tire rotation and oil change Otherwise it was very nice experience with Toyota location I truly recommend.
