I love this Walgreens. Truly and always have. The employees are amazing. But what I just heard was entirely rude and condescending to an elder, 85, at that. Angela needs to get her attitude together. Humor an old person when they tell a joke instead of put them down. It’s the smallest instances of compassion that matter.

Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated today by Keehan in the pharmacy. I find it extremely unprofessional to have a sign in your name. Very rude and was no help at all. When asked for his name to be written down he said “you can do it” and handed me a pen and pushed my bag to me. I was throwing up in the waiting area and had to set my throw up bag on the counter just to write his name. Which I did not see him disinfectant as I walked away.
Went in to speak with a pharmacist if they could recommend otc ear drops, this white woman at the counter wouldn’t even look at me....of course when I walked in, I’m the only black human being in there, and I’m getting the looks as if I was there to commit a crime shameful
Cindy is great at walk-up clinic. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Just hate when there is a line and people want to have a conversation with the cashier.... please make them your Facebook friend and pay for your product and move it!!!
