I worked with them. When you go for an orientation they act superb and they obey the law. When you start your work 90% of their trailers are defected and they want you to go with them and if you get a ticket they want you to pay for it. They also try to make you work over hours. If you get stopped by D.O.T they fire you. They fired me because I always refused to pull defected trailers and I refused to go over hours. Dispatch doesn't know what they are doing at all. They give a load and they give you different paperwork's and when you go to GM there is a delay because of the wrong paperwork they give you. So my advice to all drivers and owners is to not believe anything they tell you at the orientation. They are the biggest liars.

Good miles, respectful owners , pay always on time. Dispatchers very nice.Ahmed,Ali and Kaera the manager are the best.

99% of the trailers have issues air leaks/broken lights/bad landing gears/hit multiple times/latch won’t latch/missing mud flaps...etc worked for them for 2 months today I called a quit got tired of wasting my sleeping time repairing trailers also when you report it to Dispach no one does anything you come back and nothing changed They basically want you to drive your 11 and spend another 11 at a Ta fixing their trailers they hire to many rookies 3 months experience which makes your situation worst Also they have horrible inspection score Avoid this company by all means

Greatway makes you feel like you are more then just a number. I am never question when I need to put my family first. I am never made to feel guilty for taking the day off. If you do your job when you are supposed to do your job responsibly you will earn the trust and respect that all employees deserve. Greatway was a great experience, and I enjoyed my time with them. They provided all the training and great Trucks to drive.
