Your employees are rude coming into a store and on the phone the whole time. I'm thinking since they have the truck already I'm thinking you guys are paying them to talk on the phone. Not cool truck number 311329

Watched the guy spill neighbors garbage in road. Ended up blowing in my ditch which happens every Monday. Called customer service line at 8:30 in the morning. Was left holding on their automated system for over a half hour. Hung up and called back using the set up new service prompt guess what it went right through. Talked to John on that line I told him very nicely (because my wife said so) that I wanted someone to come out and clean it up, he assured me this would happen. Got home at 6 pm. Still have the garbage in the ditch. Guess it doesn't pay to be civil. Watch out tomorrow.

We just cancelled our service with Waste Management THANK GOODNESS!! We have been being charged about 40% over our contract price for additional 'environmental and fuel fees' . All I can say is pay attention to your bills, don't let them 'auto-renew' your contract, make sure any contract you sign has a max upcharge % on it and shop their competition because there are options. Oh and make sure that there is nothing peeking over the top of the container. It will cost you dearly but they will give you a cute photo.
