Good customer Service is hard to find these days. However, there is a Service Consultant here who offers Phenomenal customer service at Ron Craft Chevrolet in Baytown. Mrs. Monic Cook, has been there for many years and as long as I can remember she has been a pleasure to deal with. In times like today it’s good to have a smiling face from someone who actually wants to make sure you are taken care of. She followed through with everything and made my visit easy and stress free.
