I absolutely love coming to class here with my kids, the instructors are A and really take the time to make sure your doing the right thing. As an adult it's really given me a goal set to one day also become an instructor here, and influence kids and adults they way all the instructors and senior students have influenced me and my daughters. I have made the commitment to train for life and I couldn't think of any other place I'd rather do it then at RLMA. Give it a shot and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Mr. Little is a world class instructor. His knowledge and 45 years of experience in the martial arts is complemented by his skill as a teacher. Adults can learn extensive self defense from him and children learn life skills as well as defense. His patience and skill with children is something to see. If you want to learn self defense or you want your child's life skills to improve, this is the place to go.

She's learning an incredible amount of martial arts, self defense, self control, and even unexpected things like leadership, public speaking and respect for others. In fact, she enjoys it so much that I have started taking lessons myself. We both love the family atmosphere, the knowledgeable and friendly instructors, and the flexible class schedule.
