Overwhelmed by strong, foul odor upon entering. They have liquid potpourri plug-ins and knick-knack scent wells all over that we had to find and put outside. Chemicals in the portable hot tub were off and irritating to the skin, foam created from running the jets was beyond manageable. The heater in the portable hot tub is not powerful enough to keep a comfortable temp without the cover on, so it's cold in the evening and you must exit. The door knobs on the house are worn out, so it takes two hands and great effort to turn them and get in or out. Several times we mistook the doors as locked. Lastly, one of the bedrooms we didn't stay in had a small LCD TV with a ripple in the screen. The TV was old, cheap, and not connected to anything so I assumed they were using it as a placeholder or decoration. Upon check-out, we received an email stating the TV as damaged and credit card charged 450. No discussion, and charged 4 times the value of the TV. A pic of the TV was attached to the email, showing more damage than what I observed while we were there. Good luck with these guys.
