We bought windows which was supposed have a 25 year or more warranty shortly after having them installed we had 2 windows shatter it took several months plus I had to pay 250 dollars each to get fixed. Now just yesterday another one shattered. Will never recommend them to anyone as a matter of fact I had a neighbor that was going to use them until I told them haw bad they were. And a couple of years ago they came thru the neighbor trying to sell windows abd that poor salesman got a ear full. He said oh my supervisor is in the neighborhood he'll come talk to you. Yep never showed up.
Diane and everyone else, including the puppy,were very friendly and professional. The item I needed was obsolete but they provided a substitute material and solution to my problem. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Ronco staff.
