Currently a student, and will certainly provide a more detailed review when I complete the program. This location in specific is spectacular. There is a really good simulator here that helps you through your training. The planes are ones that you can trust, as they are highly maintained, and very modern. The majority of instructors that I've flown with at this location go above and beyond, and are very kind.

I completed ATP Accelerated Flight Program a month ahead of schedule, in which time I gained my private pilot certificate, instrument rating, commercial certificate with a multi engine add-on, as well as becoming a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI/CFII/MEI). Training support and all the instructors were very professional, always available, and were happy to help whenever needed. As someone who searched for the “best fit” for a flight school that would allow me to get my ratings safely and in a timely manner locally on Long Island, the airplanes at ATP are extremely well maintained and the equipment both in the airplanes and in the training center are top of the line unlike any other in the NYC/Long Island Area. Would highly recommend stopping in the training center for a visit or reaching out to the company for anyone considering aviation as a career or looking to expand their aviation experience.
Went through ATPs program in 10 months. Good quality aircraft and a very fast paced program that will get you your hours efficiently and in a short amount of time so you can start building time for the airlines or wherever else.
ATP at Islip provided me with the best quality training experience available in the Tri-State area. I finished 7 certifications in 11 months, and currently building time as a respected ATP CFI.
It took me less time at ATP to get my Instrument, Commercial SE, CFI, CFII, Commercial ME, and MEI certs than it did to get only my Private cert at another flight school. I'm very glad I transferred.
