A great place to catch a train to Brooklyn
I love the convenient location, with clean, safe and well-lit facilities. Indeed, the upkeep of this train station is to be commended. Unfortunately, the parking is a rat-race, as the main parking section in the middle and front sections are always full, no matter the time of day. I take the train every morning Monday to Friday, and I just enter the bottom, (first gate) where there are a handful of spaces, even as early as 6:45 a.m.
Very convenient station if you are looking not to switch trains and you are heading to the Island or to the city.
It's a nice train station. They have a bunch of stores for convenience there. I dropped my cousin's off there. It's a good thing he drove there, I had no idea where it was. When I left the station I was using my GPS, but I knew I couldn't make a left, (according to the sign), so I made a right, & I just seemed to drive forever before I got someplace I recognized. I had been told it's confusing to go & leave that station unless you're familiar, which I absolutely was not. They need better signs. Nice place, crazy in & out.
