We ordered a few face masks for my daughter and they quickly became her favorite - both for fit and feel. When we ordered a second batch of masks, they got stuck in the USPS system around the holidays. Top Trenz was quick to respond to my requests and even quicker to send me replacements. I highly recommend this company!
Such a great company. Found them at a few local shops in my hometown and my kids loved the products. Ended up going to their website to buy more! Great quality and so much fun. We now own watches, pants, wet bags, cosmetic bags and they are all so nice. The family that runs the company is lovely and I feel great \shopping small\ with them. Keep up the awesome work! These masks are the only ones my children will wear! They are top quality, breathable yet safe and they come in a variety of cool designs that make it more pleasurable to wear. I recently had an issue with one of children removing the size adjuster and they happily sent me a replacement mask and extra masks in addition! What customer service!
Top trenz is a great company! They are so nice and have amazing customer service!! I called with a question about my order and the president explained the delay and sent me an email with his contact information so it would be quick and easy if I had to contact him again. My merchandise arrived exactly when he told me it would. Great merchandise and great customer service-what more can you ask for!
