Rooftopia worked with us to find a design that worked for our needs- they listened to our priorities and quickly came up with the perfect design. Their communication was great while they were working, letting us know on a daily basis when they were coming and going as well as what had been completed that day. The project was done on time and on budget, and the entire staff was personable, professional, and easy to work with. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Amazing job. Totally worth the cost. The design is fantastic, the team was professional, the attention to detail is great and everything was done on time. But I want to mention something else. The way they engineered this is incredible. They actually built the entire pergola in a way didn't touch the membrane of the roof. It connects to the wall (through bolts and pressure plates) so that I have 0% concern about water. It's amazing. I did a rooftop project once with another company. It was a horrible experience and way more expensive than projected. But worst of all, it leaked. I lived in fear after that I'd see water stains on the ceiling. I have none of that fear with the work that Rooftopia did. They were the highest bid and the right choice. If you talk to them, listen carefully to their advice and take their recommendations. The expense is totally worth it. I love my rooftop. My whole family does. Thank you, Rooftopia!
I highly recommend Jenn and the team at Rooftopia for urban garden needs. For the past several years they have been managing for me a roughly 3000 sf rooftop Japanese garden and have done a fantastic job. Rooftopia have taken on tasks ranging from regular maintenance to redesign and reconstruction of a complex irrigation system and hardscape improvements. The team are consistently knowledgeable, on time, professional and highly dependable.
I had a relatively small project, but appreciated the thoughtfulness and attention to detail put into the design. Execution was flawless. Really good communication with the project manager and day to day team. Very happy with the outcome and will be sure to use them again when I update my other deck!
I can't rave enough about Rooftopia and the work that they've done to my front and backyard as well as my rooftop. All I had on the roof was Trex when we bought our house, and the Rooftopia team helped design (read: essentially designed the entire project for me). On the roof they built a custom made pergola, planters, a kitchen island and more! They showed up timely, worked in the heat of the summer (I felt terrible), was respectful of my house and my neighbors. I even got a comment in my neighborhood FB group about how polite and friendly they were! For my front yard, all I had was grass. They designed a beautiful landscape, with edible berries and made it look so much more colorful and cleaner. They were extremely responsive, upfront with all costs and overall fantastic to work with. I completely trusted their decisions and materials and loved their designs. I essentially give them free reign of all my planters now. I wish I could attach more pictures - these ones are from a 4th of July party I had, which they were working overtime to try to be done in time! They truly did fantastic work, I couldn't recommend them enough and I love supporting a minority-owned business. I look forward to having them back to help with more projects!
