It is a big one, and they could do a better work if they would only make things easier and clearer. More manpower to help the ones with questions could be helpful. The ones that suppose to help you when you have a question answer as if you are bothering them on their screen time.

This station is accessible with escalators. I believe it has elevators but I didn't see them. This station has a subway and elevated portion.
The Jackson Heights–Roosevelt Avenue/74th Street station is a transportation hub. Subway' lines 7 , E, F, M, & R. The Q32, Q33, Q47, Q49. Q53 SBS and Q70 SBS buses hub all heave stops here. . In 2005, the MTA spent over 100 million renovating this Jackson Heights bus terminal. The community would like to reduce the volume of busses passing through this station.
