I have been in pain after a simple procedure I had complete on 5/15, a week later began experiencing pain I cannot even begin to explain. Went to roper in Moncks corner and had a terrible experience, discharged with no answers so I was left hoping it would resolve itself and unfortunately it didn’t. I was at work today and this excruciating pain hit again and I left work and went straight to this roper location. From the moment I walked in the door one of the sweet officers/security personnel brought me a wheelchair and I was immediately taken back. Within 10 minutes Kelly, the PA was in the room going over everything that’s lead up to this and really listening to me and the problems I’ve been experiencing. Very attentive and made sure my pain was taken care of and my problems were addressed. I went for a CT, Melissa (i hope I remembered that correctly) was so kind and gentle. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was awesome. Returning to the room, I waited all of 5 minutes and my nurse is in there to check on me, and not long after that Kelly is back to perform an exam and once again made sure my pain was controlled. Shortly after kelly is back with some answers to my problems explaining everything. Everyone was so attentive and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I am so pleased with all of the staff and how I was treated. I could not ask for better service. Discharge was quick, and my nurse was on top of everything. Thank you all for everything you did for me during such an awful time for me. 10/10 recommend.

The entire staff was very polite, friendly, professional, yet down to earth. They made me feel really comfortable about my hemorrhoids and the doctor also gave me a lot more knowledge and insight about my situation than I had prior to my visit. The doctor, nurse, and patient tech were all very dedicated and passionate. The sense of humor definitely helped with my discomfort. Like the saying goes, “Laughter is the best medicine.”

From the front desk to the PA the entire staff was friendly and compassionate. We saw Jamie and she was extremely thorough in her evaluation and informative in her treatment plan. Very glad we came here. Also, no wait!

This place is trash!! Front desk people are extremely rude and get annoyed when you ask a question (in an EMPTY waiting room). This is the first time in my life that I was not allowed to see my boyfriend and we have been to many hospitals bc he suffers from severe anxiety. Not okay. Do NOT come to this hell hole. You will be treated like someone that does not matter. 0 stars.

In early 2017 I came into this location, due to just starting a new job and being between insurances, and I was pretty sure that I had strep throat, and even requested a strep test. The doctor I saw refused to perform a strep test, the next day I returned and was taken by ambulance to roper downtown for emergency surgery for an abscess caused by strep throat...now I have multiple astronomical bills due to this original doctors misdiagnosis and flat out refusal to run any tests because he was trying to save me money, and he was training another doctor that day! So now I am stuck with astronomical bills, and now Charleston ENT refuses to treat my daughter because one of their associates performed my surgery and I cannot afford to pay the bill for something that if it had been diagnosed properly would have cost me an ER visit charge plus the test, and an antibiotic! Now I am facing over 10,000 in medical bills, and have to find a new ENT for my daughter!

Staff was rude don't like it if you ask any questions. Walked out without any treatment. This place is bad. The people who work ther are not helpful or caring.

Had the worst experience! The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. The all white staff treated me like I was some no good broke minority when in fact my husband and I both work very hard and have good jobs. Dr. Turner had horrible bedside manner and didn’t explain what tests he was running. There were two nice people the one who did my CT and the one who took my blood. Wouldn’t recommend anyone go here. I would rather travel downtown to MUSC
