Came out for an emergency service... Our Dishwasher suddenly stopped working and definitely can not run our business without it. Our usual tech Anthony came out in no time, diagnosised the issue and had in fixed within the hour. We always have a wonderful experience with them... But today he truly saved us A LOT of extra work and headache!! Thank you guys so much!!

Pretty good company and products. We use their products at several locations with good results. The best thing is that their technicians will come out for service quickly if there is any issue. The pricing is fair and well within the competition's prices, but I have never had any issues with their techs swapping out nozzles to increase chemical usage. Overall we are happy with them and plan to continue using them.

After we sign the contact to lease a dishwasher from them they immediately raised prices without notice ! Oh they explain it’s on the back of the contract indicted that they can raise the renting fee any time they want without notice! So it’s pretty much a scam ! They sell u at low price and raise the price right after u sign the contract. Oh and they gave us a used equipment that was made in the 50’s. Despite all the issues, since they had installed the big giant uneconomical water wasting machine we decided to keep them around til the they started taking advantage by adding over usage and making me pay more ! I heard so many bad experiences with auto chlore I decided to have them pick up the dishwasher and have Eco company to give us a brand new dishwasher at 100 less per month and less water usage. Win win situation! Pay less and saving on water bill as well. Please stay alway from auto chlor they will scam you and take advantage of business owners ! They are very small company that they can’t manage their staff and the customers. Trust me on this ! Don’t be the next victim!
