After 25 years of employment my position was eliminated as part of a corporate restructuring initiative. I first retained Gerry Resnick back in 2013 on a discrimination matter. At the time, I had been working with another law firm on this for more than a year and had filed a law suit. But after little progress, and a case that the previous firm had \all over the place\, I turned to an internet search and found Resnick. When I spoke with Mr. Resnick, it was clear he understood employment law. He took a mess of a case and got it focused and on track. I also liked his approach during depositions. He was very nice throughout. I would describe his depositions as kind, with powerful, well timed, questions. For that reason, he is a force to be reckoned with for the opposing side. In the end, I was pleased with the outcome. So much so, I referred my sister to him years later. Then just recently, I consulted with him on another employment matter of my own, which he took on and quickly brought to resolution. I've been very pleased. He is transparent and fair with his fees.
