I have employed AMB to take care of my billing since I began my solo private psychotherapy practice almost 20 years ago, and I simply would not have been successful without them. The staff are personable, friendly, and competent, and address any questions I bring immediately. I am fairly low tech, and would never have been able to navigate electronic billing (I tried for exactly 2 weeks!). But additionally, they have advised me regarding a variety of insurance billing needs, coding, verifications, etc., that would have taken me much longer to effectively utilize without their expertise, especially with the speed at which things can change in the fast paced world of IT and billing customer service. In short, I wouldn't be in business without AMB.

Rude people. Would never trust them to do my billing if they continuously talk over me and refuse to accept the word NO.
