Really friendly service, nice people. Very knowledgeable if you want questions answered. Also, My car got stuck in a snow bank in their parking lot, (entirely my fault) and the staff was very nice in helping me extract it.

Many friendly, knowledgeable employees willing to assist. However, often their advertised sale items are sold out well before the sale date is over. We have even tried checking 3 different locations with same results. Many times items sold out in first day or two, while sale was supposed to last 2 weeks!!!! This has happened to us many, many times, so clearly they often underestimate demand.
Needed to replace a valve for my shower. Steve (wears a black vest, assuming is a manager)was VERY HELPFUL. He let me borrow a tool so I could safely remove my old valve, matched me with a new valve and gave me tips on proper installation! This store is GREAT, with helpful experts!
Ace is the place! Stopped in to replace a screw that needed replacing. I also need a new bolt too. I was unsure of the exact size, so I brought the hardware with me. What a great staff, as USUAL, someone was able to help me find me what I was looking for and not coming home with the wrong sized pieces.
Good people. They helped me out finding what I need just by looking at the part. Thanks guys
