This establishment is by far a sick joke, I called in advance to make arrangements for the lounge section. I was told it was first come first serve, then told admission was free. When I arrived after a 45 min drive I was charged admission when I indicated that I had spoken with someone. The woman at the entrance was very dismissive additionally, when I was taking money out of the ATM, she claimed that I now needed reservations, and claimed I could no longer come into the establishment.

horrible place... rude bouncers, overly price drinks and the music is not even that great.. if you wanna have a good night this is not the place for you.
I went here to celebrate a birthday. We were all having fun. We ordered a hookah and we finished it so we ordered another one. The new one was not hitting so we asked if they can fix it and they brought us another which was even worse so I brought I back and she opened it to show it had a small used up piece of coal so that meant she brought us a used hookah. We didn’t even have it for 10 minutes. She claimed we had it over an hour. I spoke to to a bouncer and a waiter who told her to just give us a new one. She kept going to higher authority to give us a hard time. We ended up speaking to the manager who wasn’t helpful at all. She wouldn’t give us a new one or our money back. I asked for our money back or a new hookah and she could keep the tip because I was so dissatisfied with the service. They wouldn’t even do that. I’ll never go back to this place and I will let people know if my horrible experience. The woman in the hookah section’a name was Andrea. Horrible customer service.
Celebrated my Birthday here with my family and had a really nice time the only thing I will say is DJ Qua should spin most of the evening he's who we come for
Too many bad reviews about the bouncers and owner. Definitely not going here lol. I was looking for a place to get several tables with bottle service for some friends of mine coming from the uae. I didnt want to take them to a regular bar. But hope the owner sees that having bouncers that behave this way is definitely bad for business. I'm staying away.
