Met through an acquaintance, figure I give them a try. I stopped by the shop and told Alexis how I wanted my hat made, he wrote it all down and I gave him my deposit. He took longer than expected which was ok, due to the corona virus but what I didn’t appreciate is the lack of communication. At one point I asked for my tracking number in which Alexis responded that he is in Jamaica, It was very hard to get in touch with him to get a simple response. Finally my package arrived and to my surprise, Alexis left an important detail on the back of the hat even though he wrote it all down and charged me for it. I asked him if it was in his notes in which he replied yes a week later and Instead of giving me money back etc and being apologetic about the inconvenience, he simply texted me that he will hook it up on my next batch. Very unprofessional. Not recommended
