I was visiting for the weekend and took 3 classes here. They were all different types classes and with 3 different instructors. My experience ranged from off-the-charts amazing to very good and I have to say, I was very impressed. My only suggestion/small complaint, is that the class times in the website did not match the collateral I picked up in the studio, so I was late for class and had to wait for the next one on Sunday

Amazing experience at Otium 30A! I love hot yoga and Brooke is amazing. Love the guided practice and the vibe! The class is accepting of all levels whether you are new to yoga or experienced.

Have been looking for a good studio workout that combined stretching and strength training, then lo and behold, found Yoga Sculpt at Otium 30A. After first visit, am through looking. MJ took charge of the class, music (perfect!) and direction through 60 minutes of much-needed sweat, stretch, and strength with a message of mindfulness thrown in for free. Looking forward to more!
