I want to thank Steve and the crew over at the Lids Rosemont location for making this Christmas truly memorable. I arrived at the store, selected the hats and had them embroidered by Steve. I explained to the young lady that the two hats were for my sons. My other son passed away almost a year ago, I wanted to give them something special to honor him for the holidays. The hats turned out phenomenal. They boys loved them ️ Thank you Steve for your kindness and showing such empathy towards a complete stranger. Many Blessings to you and your outstanding crew. Maybe it's because I'm an avid cap collector that I just can't appreciate Lids like I used to. I'm tired of seeing the same basic options over and over again. I will continue to resort to online shopping with companies other than Lids.
They need to get more variety of hats.
