The ice rink is i well kept and resurfaced every hour. The staff is nice and keeps people moving and safe if you fall. There's also a large police presence all the time. It feels like a fun family friendly place to be.

Went skating here for Valentine's Day. Experienced both Bub City and the ice skating crew. First, drinks at Bub City. While they notified us that we didn't have a reservation and that they were sold out, we informed them we were only having drinks and that we would be about 20 minutes and then leave. They understood and let us sit down for a quick drink. After our drink, we went ice skating. I cannot say how great the crew is at the ice skating rink. Starting with the gentleman that ran the Zamboni on Valentines Day, what a great asset to the team. He comes into warm up and does not just sit down, but interacts with the customers and makes sure they are having fun. The rest of the staff behind the skate rental desk is also great! The ice guards/skate guards out on the ice are very attentive and are watching the customers the full time. After skating, my girlfriends daughter needed to quickly use the restroom so we unfortunately had to go back and bother Bub City to allow us to use the restroom. One thing I would possibly change is having public access restrooms in that area. With so many people out and walking, you would think it would make sense.

Ice skating here in the winter during Christmas time and new years is the best! Highly recommend buying a pair of USED ice skates beforehand though. it'll make your visit so much faster and less stressful because ice skate rental lines when it is busy is super long. I recommend a store like \Play it Again Sports\ and just get a pair of used ones in case you go again. Beautiful during the holidays, and the restaurants around are great too.

I really like this places. A lot of restaurants, live music and entertainment. I like the setup and the ambiance. Just something something special about this place.

It was nice to see people playing on the grass and eating in all the different restaurants they had to offer. There are also bars, and a bowling alley, and there is plenty of parking.
