No way am i professional just home owner finishing my basement. Ordered about 1300 worth of material. Needed to return 150 of left overs glue. Employees told me to return my items with the receipt no problem. Loaded up materials and took them to the Covington ga location. Upon arrival they told me i couldn’t get a refund right then and there due to me paying for my materials originally with a check. Told me to wait for a call from their home office in Florida. A month later i still haven’t heard anything from anyone. The guy that works in the Covington, Ga location is rude and has 0 customer service skills or people skills. I guess they have stole 300 from me. I’ll never return or recommend.
