Excellent service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Sarah took very good care of me. The hydraulic cylinder on my lift gate lost its mojo. She had me up and running in one day! Highly recommended and will refer my associates to their company.

The only place to call when you need a hydraulic hose. My RV ruptured a power steering hose on Thanksgiving eve. All twenty thousand pounds of diesel pusher dead in the water at Vista Point. I can think of worse places to be stranded but, we were stranded none the less. After searching the internet and local places, most of which were closed, I found Sapphire Hydraulics. Sarah was very patient and extremely helpful. She said "We can ship this out on Saturday, you will have it Monday". The part arrived on Monday morning and it fit like a glove. We are so happy to have our RV back home safe and sound. Sarah and the folks at Sapphire at the best! Thank you very much!!!

There was a job that I had done and I thought that the job was difficult and complicated. After talking with Sarah she assured me that the work actually wasn't that hard. Yoav is very hardworking and professional! Dealing with hydraulics can be one tough messy job and he did not drag his feet at all he showed up quickly and got to work right away and had his mask on the entire time! I'm glad I made the call and would definitely call again if I'm in Houston again!
