This training far exceeded my expectations. They lived up to the website description as training with a Christian focus as bible verses were peppered throughout the training. Information was direct, activities were focused with a clear purpose, and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. They provided additional resources following this training to set us up for success with a willingness to reach out to them if needed. I am so grateful for this experience and will continue to pray for the entire team at Aim Higher to continue on their mission to provide this training.

If you are looking for a fun and professional training program to enhance your skills or just getting started I highly recommend Aim Higher! Both Drs. Simon and Trish are very knowledgeable and make the course easy to understand. We also had good opportunities to coach each other which helped to hone our skills. Whether you will use what you learn for your ministry or a secular field Aim Higher will give you the tools and confidence you need to move forward!
The coaches were amazing. They helped me understand what coaching was really about in a very practical and fun way. The exercises and models they used gave me the confidence to launch my own coaching business
The instructors are very nice and knowledgeable. I just love how much they love and care about their students. Expect to leave out confident and ready to start coaching.
I learned so much! I went in with a completely different \thought\ about what life coaching was, and how it works. However, by the end of the program, I had true and and concise understanding. This gave me the clarity to pursue my gift and passion for helping people. Thanks Dr. Simon and Dr.Trish, so much for making this experience both educational as well as fun. Also, thank you for the wonderful snacks, and delicious lunches. Those were a bonus!
