Customer service was fine, they had the stock of what I needed as listed on the website (which can be shockingly off base at many chain retailers that promote online shopping with order pickup). Seemed understaffed, as I was asked twice while browsing if I worked there even though I am greasy haired and wearing a crop top. Go easy on employees if that is the case; it's not their fault corporations often ask half the staff to do twice the work to save money.

I love the store. I love the selection. There are some pretty nice things there that really help organize and make better sense of your spaced. What I hate(and I know I'm not the only one) is the marked up price on their selections. Ouch. They are battling themselves. All I can say is it's no wonder stores are closing. Seemingly limitless quantities of nice things that are priced way above their competition. Sounds like a losing equation in the end. Unfortunate.

The store was clean, marked for social distancing, and helpful staff. The selections are good, but not always marked with proper prices, so make sure to double check before getting in line. Easy to find location, right off highway 36 West and Fairview Ave. & lots of parking.

I love Bed Bath & Beyond. This location is in need of more employees. The place was in shambles. Empty shelves, low stock, messiness everywhere. I assume they are going out of business or are possibly in need of more employees.
