Changing my review because after all was said and done the owner rectified the situation. Wish there would have been more communication but appreciate the thoughtfulness of taking care of their customers! It says a lot to make a situation better and that is awesome management!

We ordered two bounce houses and they unfortunately did not arrive when we had planned. Communication was a but of a struggle as well, but the owner reached out to me and was very apologetic and worked with me so well. Customer service is so important and she was great to talk to. She did not place blame on us or her employees just said there was communication error somewhere and she was just interested in making things right and giving the kids at our summer camp a fun day with inflatables! Things happen and that is okay, the way it was handled could not be better and I am grateful for that! The kids will be so excited for the bounce houses, and I am so grateful it worked out.
Canceled on the day of the party at 11 when the bouncy house was going to be delivered at 1:30. Good thing Anthony's came through
I was so pleased with the Kona Ice truck that came to my school for our Fun Day! Even though it was rainy and dreary, the kids (and staff) enjoyed a yummy treat! The nice woman working on the truck even made sure I was able to get a sugar free treat! Thank you, Kona Ice!!!
