Nancy was always available for questions and was on top of the project from start to finish. Their installation crew was very fast and did great work. From the minute we first walked into the showroom to the end of our journey with Nancy and Jim at Granite Bay Flooring, our experience was fantastic! Nancy stayed with us during our many changes and kept that bright lovely smile on her face even though her hair was secretly on fire. She was always helpful, positive and understanding.
