Made a delivery here apt 0630 9/29/19 very nice employees. Prime Inc driver plenty of room to back into door. Receiver offerd a place to rest if needed but got there with a full clock. I'm. Pretty sure I could have got there night before and they wouldn't have minded.. Ps county Rd C exit is closed. I took the exit before and went down long lake road.
Pro: Sherri in the plants department was very helpful and generous with her time. Con: The supply department sent me the wrong item. Pro: They quickly delivered the correct item with no shipping charge. Con: It took weeks to get a refund for the difference between the two items, after going in circles with Rita Note: one of the five star ratings here is from a member of their sales team, who I spoke with once, and got the impression he had little time for a small customer like me.
