I take the time to review very few things, but Adam has come through and helped my clients save thousands of dollars (each client each year) so I'm taking the time to post my review. I'm a veteran Mortgage Banker in the Twin Cities. Over the past 23 years, I've only had a handful of properties that have been declared to be in a flood zone needing flood insurance. When that happens I contact Adam. He has been able to review the property and tell me whether the property should be in a flood plane or not. After reviewing the flood maps and the property, he sends a quote to remove the property from the flood plane and an estimate on how long to expect it to take.
