I called Roseville Utilities because I needed a new trash container. I ended up speaking with Jolene who was absolutely fabulous. She was extremely helpful, professional, fast to take care of my request and most importantly she was very nice. I highly recommend when you call there to ask specifically for Jolene. You will have a great customer service experience because she is the best!

5 Star kudos to the employees in the utility department. Because I was in the process of moving, I made multiple calls regarding different utility questions and needs. Every person I spoke with was professional, engaging, informative and helpful; their customer service was above and beyond excellent. I know I spoke with Jen and Katherine and I apologize to those who helped me but I did not get their name. Thank you for your service!

About 3 months ago The City of Roseville utilities change their PO Box billing address and I was not informed. This caused my payments to not be processed because they apparently did not forward their old PO Box. 10 years I pay on time and all of a sudden they are trying to cut my power because they made a change Shame on you City of Roseville.

I was nervous to call in because of all the terrible reviews, but I had a very pleasant experience. I didn’t wait on hold for more than 7 minutes, my customer service rep was extremely polite and helpful, and I got a First-Call Resolution. I had also emailed the day prior, and someone actually called me! I was really pleased with my interaction, and surprised.

Just contacted their office to discuss bill because I terminated service due to the end of my lease with my apartment complex. I was asked multiple questions to verify I called mid-July and stated there was no record of my call -- yet, they have my NEW address in Sacramento on file, I have an email discussing to call their office to terminate service, and I have my phone calls to their office documented in my phone and my cellular bill. Incredibly not satisfied with Bonnie's or Krista's (sp?) services, and I am so happy I am done with Roseville Utilities.
