It’s a nice place but they need to do better during this pandemic. They one need bands instead of tickets-. We came up there with our tickets and they said it reached capacity, how when they only should of gave out 100 tickets. We had to get refunds.

Love this place! Used to come here when I was 12 years old now that I'm in my 20's I love coming here and making new memories with my husband. It was my husbands first time at this location, he really enjoyed being here. We skated early in the morning with little kids because we're not skating pros. Such a great atmosphere, everyone's friendly and very patient on helping you trying to learn to keep your balance and to be a better skater. The owner was so friendly and nice, we enjoyed chatting with him. The owner even gave us friendly tips on skating. We appreciated it, the tips really helped. The place has such a vintage vibe, and looks exactly as it did when I was younger. Made me smile the entire time I was there. I had so many great memories at great skate. The music is so upbeat and the price is cheap. It's a pretty big place, lots of room and space to have distance away from other skaters. They even offer skating lessons for those who need it. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! If you want a good time and want to just have innocent fun and feel like a kid again, please come here! I can't wait to come back when I'm in Michigan again!

I’ve been coming here for years and never have I ever experience what I experienced on Friday. Your employees are rude and really disrespectful. Especially your managers. Regardless of what the situation was your employees should never jump in and try to act all disrespectful they should be trying to calm down the situation and not make another situation. Also never should a so called “man” disrespect women and call them out their names. What I experienced Friday was unacceptable and you guys need to be mindful of the employees that you hire. That was really unprofessional.

. Why don't you mention to your guests to buy your pretickets ahead of time so your not standing in that tremendous line just to get denied at the entry. ..maybe a hint .....have the little security guards do something and walk down the line reminding people to make sure you have bought a ticket.
