My husband was starting a bathroom tile project and even though he has done some tiling in the past he is by no means an expert. We were lucky to get a sales associate by the name of Woody Cole and he was beyond helpful. He took the time to explain how to use the tile leveling system which made the project easier and more professional looking. He answered all the questions we had and we never felt like he just there for the sale. You could tell he genuinely cared and made it a very positive experience. Bonus, the project turned out beautiful!

I really wanted to like this place. I’ve been there 4 times now and each time the staff wouldn’t even give me the time of day. We bought some hard to find tile to match our existing back splash on my first visit. They were able to find it which was nice but it was hard working with them. That was a small project so I understand. However now I’m doing a full tile shower and the sales staff on the floor can’t seem to be bothered helping me find what I’m looking for \u200d️

I definitely agree with what some of the other reviewers have said about the poor customer service. (I think it’s just the Tile Shop in general because the Woodbury location is also lacking in customer service.) My husband and I have been there a couple of times to choose a design and tile options for our backsplash since the person doing our kitchen remodel told us to go there. We were never approached by any staff to see if we needed assistance nor greeted by anybody even though we probably seemed like we didn’t really know what we were doing—because we really didn’t. We were there during times when they weren’t really busy. Since our remodeler needed to know soon about what we’re going to do, I decided to stop at the shop by myself to see if I was able to get some assistance in choosing a tile. Again, very poor customer service. I walked past multiple employees with no acknowledgement from them even though they were not working with anyone. Nobody asked if I needed assistance. This one employee did ask this couple and their kid multiple times if they needed help finding anything, but totally ignored me even though I was only a few feet away. After being ignored for a while, I went up to one of the staff and asked some question. She was not very helpful, and her responses made me feel really dumb. I will not be going back there nor giving any of my money to this place.

I went here to get some tile for my bathroom. I just thought they were big selection and they do however Matt the sales associate help me out and took the time I was never rushed and help me pick out tile for my bathroom. I’m a first timer and I feel good to be with someone so experienced hats off to Matt F.
