Great customer service!! My drink was suuuuper sweet though. I ordered the \lowest sweetness level\ (1/5) and I'd probably classify what I got as (4/5) sweetness. After diluting a ton with unsweetened tea, it was perfect!
My wife and I have ordered from this place two times already and they are not consistent with the sugar level on their drinks. This last time we ordered a coconut and Thai tea snow and both was water down. We did not call to complain because we are afraid they may tamper with our drinks (we dont know if they will or will not but just saying). We live in the area, and are hopefully they can improve over time as we like to support small business in our community.
Didn’t get a chance to try, curbside pick up only, so doors are locked. I understand why, but also I feel like just coming in to grab it quick won’t hurt at all since no one can dine in anyways. Probably should report this place too, since two ladies were behind the counter not wearing masks. What’s the point in doing “contactless pick up” if you’re not going to wear masks while making drinks??? No logic here clearly.
Great tasting drinks and desserts like any of their other locations. Got myself a TaroCoCo Milk Tea and an original bubble waffle.
