Amazing.We have an anxious dog who has a hard time meeting new people. Alexis went out of her way to make sure we found a walker who was a good fit, and our pooch has been super well taken care of. Would recommend to anyone. Very professional and great communicators.
We have used Emerald Neckleash since we adopted our dog in the summer of 2013. From the beginning, we were able to see how committed Alexis and her team are to providing dog owners with a quality experience. Before accepting us as a customer, she came to our house to meet the dog and us to make sure that our dog and situation was a good fit. Over the years, we have found that Alexis has been very responsive when issues have arisen. She has been accommodating when our schedules have changed. We have been happy with the dog walkers too. A year or so ago, we were sad to find out that our regular dog walker was leaving the company, but we were pleased to find that we were provided with another dog walker that was just as good. Overall, we have been very satisfied with Emerald Neckleash.
We used Alexis and the Emerald Neckleash for almost ten years we loved them so much - the only reason we aren’t still clients of theirs is because we moved out of state. If they came to Kansas City we would still be loyal customers! Walkers are conscientious and considerate of your home, and we never had any problems with having them in our house while we were away. If you’re looking for true animal lovers that honestly care and love your pet as much as you do, look no further. Go with the Emerald Neckleash, you will not be disappointed.
Alexis and her team have been caring for our dog for four years since she was about 12 weeks old. They were great when she was a puppy and came to the house three times a day. Since then they have grown with our pup and she gets so excited whenever her walker comes to the door. We were sad to hear that our regular dog walker from her group was leaving just over a year ago, but the next one Alexis sent to our house has been just as great! This is a testament to the great group that she has. She is very accommodating to schedule changes and makes sure that any new walkers get a proper introduction before walking your dog. I can’t recommend highly enough!
