The good news is that they have a parking lot. It goes down from there. The problem is Optimum. Optimum just wants to sign new customers. Weak support after that. I had a failed Optimum router. Optimum does not allow the center exchange, troubleshoot, or do any other assistance other than setup a service visit with one of there outsourced contractors. Can do the same over the phone.

Really nice employees. Needed copies of a blueprint. Just walked in off the street and the gentlmen took care of me immediately. My request was very simple but it seems they can help with alot of blueprint related drawings. Very helpful..give them a call or try for your needs.
