Started my study with Grand Master Alexander recently after a long absence from the Martial Arts and many health issues. Grand Master Alexander has vast experience in the Yang Style Tai Chi as well as the Oriental mind/body relationship, he is a patient and extremely knowledgeable instructor that one can benefit greatly from.
