Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and (most importantly) HONEST! After we addressed water damage in our basement, we were instructed to find a mold specialist to test and remediate any mold that had grown. Google led me to Jonathan at Spaulding Decon and I set up a time for a review and an estimate. Jonathan was prompt and easy to talk to. He did a thorough review of our basement, explaining everything as he went. Ultimately, he informed me that we had no mold, just mildew. He then reviewed best practices for me to treat it myself, and keep the basement dry and free of issues. Finding this level of honesty and integrity is nearly impossible these days, and I would absolutely recommend Jonathan to anyone who needs an honest, informed, expert in mold and water damage. Crew was on time and did an outstanding job. We hired Spaulding Decon to sanitize our new home in preparation for move in. This included moving boxes, clothing, furniture and all other furnishings. They were courteous, meticulous, neat and very efficient. Would recommend them highly.
