Last night, I placed an ice cream and crepe order for pickup. Ten minutes after I placed the order, I went to go pick it up at the counter, and got absolutely BERATED by the man behind the counter because I was twenty minutes early. I politely asked him to stop yelling at me, because there is absolutely no reason to be yelled at for coming to pick up an order that said “ready for pickup” through the app. This man continued to scream at me insisting that my small order will not be ready for another 20 minutes, although I was the only person at the shop at that moment. After showing him the “ready for pickup” notification from ChowNow, his voice escalated and he slapped the receipt into the window in front of my face. After continuing to prove that there was a technical error with the ordering system, he insisted that I am to blame. There is no excuse to treat a customer as poorly as I was treated yesterday, especially a seventeen year old. The moment he heard that I was picking up an order he began yelling across the store. This is no way to treat a customer, and it is highly inappropriate. I came to pickup a dessert order, and instead got screamed at by an older man for doing absolutely nothing wrong. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

The cutest little place! Felt like I was in a Disney movie. Ordered crepes and black coffee. Coffee was bit water down but the crepes we're delicious!!! I will def go back. I wish I found this gem before.

Best crepes and frozen yogurt. Crepes are to die for. The staff is so professional and always prioritize the customers satisfaction. I always swing by every here and there and I am always treated so nicely! Love love live this place.

We sent our son to Yolo yogurt in Roslyn to pick up dessert for our family. He came home and was very upset because the man behind the window yelled at him for arriving a few minutes early for his online order. When my son showed his online order pick up time the employee continued inflicting his misplaced anger on my son. As a business owner myself , I could never imagine treating a customer this way especially a child. As a longtime member of this community I will never be back here nor will my family. Reading the past reviews illustrates the need for this employee to seek guidance and help for his anger issues.
