Mike Danaher made the used car shopping experience one to remember in positive light. In my email conversations, he did not patronize or force a sale. He provided the info I requested in a concise manner. The time we spent waiting for the car to be cleaned and filled with gas was not wasted. Mike demonstrated his knowledge of the cars he sells by going over the details of ownership and use that helpful salesman should. This experience was not what my wife and I expected. Buyer beware! Sold me a used 2015 mazda 6 with a bad transmission! It had only 24 thousand miles on it. When i called and told them the news i didnt get a call back from anyone at Rosner. Fairfax mazda took care of me!! I wouldnt purchase a pair of floor mats from Rosner!!!
One word: Awesome!
These clowns actually thought that I would pay 70 for an oil change. I will never, ever bring my vehicle to this place for service. I will drive way out of my way to go to another dealership.
