Installed AC and heating system and offered a great price. Very professional and responsive to text and phone calls. Came over right away to help me troubleshoot an issue I was having with the furnace and didn't charge me for the visit (the issue turned out to be user error). Highly recommended!

Can't say enough good things about this company. Terry came over when he said he would. Installed a new AC unit and a new furnace. He answered all of our questions and even followed up later to make sure we were happy with the units. Furnace died on a Friday night a couple of weeks ago. They came out Sat morning and did a trouble shoot on the furnace, it was dead (. I spent the rest of that Saturday calling around for quotes and installation dates. Ended up going back to Ross since they were almost the cheapest and had the quickest turn around time for installation. They came and installed it on Monday. They gave us paper work for National Grid rebate and installed the new thermostat that I had but never installed.
