Air Control Heating and Air has a customer for life. The technicians that have serviced our two homes for the past 10 years are nothing short of professional and courteous. They SOLVE problems, not quite new systems. They have kept old systems running for years beyond life expectancy. When they quote a repair, I don't think twice. I know they are doing the best thing for me and my home. They have replaced an entire HVAC system Ina previous home and the attention to detail was absolutely amazing. They have a customer for life. After going 2 weeks without AC in the middle of July due to hassles with our home warranty company and their “contractors,” we decided to go ahead and pay out of pocket for a new unit on our own. I am glad we went with Air Control Heating and Air. They were able to come out quickly to get our AC working before my son’s birthday party. Dennis, the owner, was very knowledgeable - he got us a good deal on a unit and never tried to upsell us. Zack, who I talked to over the phone, was very communicative and friendly through the whole process. The technicians who came out to do the install were quick, polite, and discreet, as I was busy preparing for the birthday party. I would highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future.
