I’ve been here twice to test for Covid. I was a walk-in both times. Registration and ‘check in’ was smooth and easy. I did not wait long to be seen. They were courteous, had a solid procedure, and the doctor took time to answer our questions without rushing.

Had a great experience with Dr. Gupta. Went in for a rapid COVID test. She was very professional and thorough. We discussed symptoms and what the plan would be to address the issue if the test came back positive or negative. FYI the rapid COVID test is treated as a full visit so you talk to a nurse, get your vitals checked, get tested, then talk to a doctor. I wasn't expecting this but wound up very happy to be able to talk to Dr. Gupta.

I went in with a silicone piece from my ear bud stuck deep in my ear...idk, it happens. Anyway, the front desk was very courteous and professional, but most of all Dr. Gupta was great! She explained exactly what she was doing, and to let her know if I felt any pain. Long story short, she removed the ear bud piece, and gained a new patient. Dr. Gupta is the BEST!!

Yes, we had to wait long, but that's due to the fact they don't take appointments. They will tell you how long the wait will be and will call you when it's time to check in. So you can go do errands or whatever. The staff was great.

From reception to intake nurses to doctors, everyone was kind, courteous, and informative. They seemed genuinely respectful of your time and were very sanitary and efficient. Highly recommend.
