Appalling Experience 1.\tPricing - I phoned them for a quote, gave all details and then when the owner came to measure he said he had to add extra for frosted glass. I had advised it was frosted when I originally called them, but since it was still the cheapest quote I accepted. Big mistake 2.\tFitting - Glass fitters did not take any precautions to protect my bath before they fitted the window above it. . Surprise, surprise, they dropped a scraper and chipped my bath in 2 places. I heard the noise and went up to investigate. No apologies. The attitude of the fitters was there is nothing we can do! When I expressed I was not happy they said they would let the boss know and he would call me. He never did. I also later noticed they had left black marks on the bath and bathroom cabinets from the feet of the steps due to their carelessness 3.\tBroken Glass – The old window smashed outside when they were removing it, which can happen, but they did not clean up the glass properly and had I not checked myself, 4 inch shards of broken glass would have been left in my yard for my 4 year old to stand on. 4.\tCustomer service. I called approximately 15 times to speak to the boss and got an answerphone message stating they were on a job site. I left messages but got no reply. I emailed them but got no reply. I called back after a month and finally got someone in the office and I explained my frustration. He said he would speak to the Boss. A week later I have heard nothing. You decide for yourself if you want to use this company!

Great Job on my shower install. showed up on time, very friendly and knowledgeable completed the glass shower when promised. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had my shower remodeled 5 months ago and when the glass door was installed it was dragging heavily on the bottom and after only 5 showers the sweep on the bottom had been destroyed and torn apart. I have been calling for months just trying to get them to come out and adjust the door and every time it came time for someone to come out they canceled and kept blaming it on Covid-19. I finally had to get my contractor out to take the door off and adjust the door and put a new sweep on. No excuse at all to take the money for the glass door and not to come back out and look at.
