There's no way to give a one sentence review of BB Roswell - there's just too much to say. EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE at this center is so amazing. Our original reason for using BB was for our son's anxiety - it was off the charts. In 6 weeks, working with his coach Jessie, there was an incredible change in his anxiety...for the good. But that wasn't the only thing affected. His sensory processing, his social skills, motor skills - there were so many other things that were being helped that I wasn't even counting on. We've been seeing specialists since our son was about 18 months old due to being on the Autism Spectrum - in less than a year, working with Jessie, we saw more improvement than in 12 years combined with other specialists. I will be honest and say I do not fully understand exactly how it works - and I've been in the medical field for 20 years - but is absolutely does work. We are all so grateful for this center and look forward to continuing with them.

We started BB for our son before COVID hit. We were happy with our experience there for the time we were able to do the classes. When the pandemic hit and everything shut down, I felt like we were left stranded by BB. All of our children's extracurricular activities offered Zoom sessions, video lessons, etc. Brain Balance did not offer anything like that, so I feel like our money was wasted. We had plans to move out of state at the end of our son's sessions, so once they opened back up, we were unable to complete our sessions due to our move. They would not offer a refund for the missed sessions. Had they offered Zoom sessions for the cancelled classes, I feel that it would have been worth the investment.

I started working at Brain Balance in May of 2019 and accepting this job has been the best decision I could have possibly made. The whole staff here has made me feel as though I am part of their family. Deana, the center Director, immediately made me feel welcome, as if I had been there for years. She has constantly praised my progress and improvements. Monica, our program Director, is always there for me when I have a question about how to do something or need help with one of our kids, without hesitation. Ashley, the assistant Director, is happy to come back and helps me in the sensory room if I need an extra body back there, along with constantly accommodating my volunteer schedule when it comes to booking assessments. My fellow coaches and I are frequently coming up with innovative new ideas to keep the program interesting for our kids. I can't brag enough about this place and I'm so happy that this job landed in my lap.

I have been going to brain balance for about 8 weeks now and the improvement I see in my self is very encouraging to say the least. Ever since I started I have been noticing that I have been paying attention more. BB in Roswell is a very welcoming places for any age I personally found the staff to be extremely nice,fun, and inviting which I think are great qualities to find in couches and you can tell that they only pick the best for the job. Also you do physical exercise which gives you a great chance to forward your your self physically. In conclusion I feel that is a great place to send your kids if they have attention/concentration problems.

Brain Balance of Roswell has changed our lives so much for the better! Our son is able to handle loud noises and control his anger/outburst. We have been able to take our son on vacations and not fear melt downs and anxiety. I cannot put into words how thankful we are to everyone at BB for loving our son as much as we do and wanting what is best for him. Our son is happy now and not afraid to try new things......he even is interested in eating heard healthy food and exercising (which he would have NO part of previously). Our lives are changed forever. This is the best decision we have made for our family. THANK YOU BRAIN BALANCE!!!
