Caldwell has provided high quality, professional tree care for me for the last two years. Richard has done a very thorough and professional job of spraying my pines for pine beetles and keeping the beetles contained. Andy and his team did a great job of taking down some difficult trees and removing them when no other company I talked to was able to get equipment down the steep hill to do the tree removal. I highly recommend them.

**Edited Review on account of a fantastic customer service follow up** They provided great service to our home and promptly removed a tree during a crazy time of year (right after a tropical storm), so I have no complaints on there ability to provide service. I do however, have a slight complaint about customer service. When they showed up to give us a quote they were clearly a little on edge as a result of the amount of work they had ahead of them and were a little rude to my significant other, but I understood and wasn't too upset as I can understand being under a lot of stress and how that can effect your mood. However, when they came to actually provide their services - they did not let us know when they were coming and instead just showed up at 730am on Sunday unannounced. Neither my significant other or I were at home and our roommate was understandably, not sitting by her phone at 730am on a Sunday. They were a little thrown off by this, as were we, so there was some awkward exchanges by both parties, but at the end of they day they did great work and we're very happy with the outcome. We just wish we could've been notified of the visit as to avoid the small amount of unpleasantness that occurred. Again, this company does great work and I'm sure they aren't usually like this, but I felt compelled to share my experience as it wasn't ideal. After my initial review (3 stars with some more negative commentary about our experience) I received a follow up phone call with their customer service rep where my concerns were heard out and thoughtful responses to said concerns were provided. There were some scheduling issues on their end and the crews were stressed out, but the quality customer service after the fact and willingness to explore this issue and ensure that they were doing the best they could to provide a quality service is nothing short of commendable and I felt that I needed to change my review to something that reflected that experience.

Caldwell Tree Care Services has transformed our young landscape. We planted new trees and shrubs about five years ago. Everything seemed to be struggling, even three years after the initial install. Over the past year and half, Caldwell has been caring for our trees and shrubs. They look amazing. Trees and shrubs are blooming like never before and look so healthy. Everything looks like a specimen. Can’t say enough about their service!

The team at Caldwell Tree Care have been providing tree and plant care services on our property for the last six years under their plant health care program. Our experience with Caldwell has been excellent. We have extensive landscaping and they do an wonderful job of keeping everything in marvelous health. Over the years, every Caldwell associate who has treated our property has been professional, highly knowledgeable and engaging - taking whatever time is needed to answer questions we may have. Our current \ambassador\, Richard is great! They are also highly responsive. If they don't know the answer to a question they follow up with Caldwell's arborists and get back to us in a timely manner, which is something I highly value. Caldwell has also done some deep pruning projects on a variety of trees around the property and again, the experience was excellent. The actual pruning work was great, as was the care taken to not damage landscaping or hardscape in difficult to access locations. We highly recommend Caldwell Tree Care if you are looking for a knowledgeable team who provide excellent service.
